-"Bringing you the fun and facts of the first Animazement ever! Animazement 1998! First of all, we have to tell you that we've been to a lot of first year cons, and we were especially a bit skeptical about another first year East Coast con."

-"No kidding! But our faith in all things 'Triangle Area' certainly paid off as we experienced one of the greatest, smoothest, coolest, best showing, wickedly ruggedly guest attended anime conventions out there^_^ First year or not!"

-"From the incredible special guests (like the director of Giant Robo, Yasuhiro Imagawa; Video Girl Ai creator and Iria character designer, Masakazu Katsura; some really fun and funny American seiyuu; and some really adorable female manga artists) to unbelievable premieres (i.e. Giant Robo Episode 7 and Death and Rebirth - the Evangelion movies) and 24 hour video rooms this con had it all..... and more!"

-"The only problem I could see was the small crowd. Only around 800 people attended. This led us to dub (I know, I hate that word too) this con as "The Greatest Con That Nobody Knew About". And, even if they had known about it it still would have kicked ass!"

-"Catsy! Watch your f***ing mouth! Little kids might be reading this!"

-"Gomen, gomen, Oni-sama."

-"Dammit, you know that 'Oni-chan' doesn't mean 'Little Oni'. 'Oni-chan' is my name, so don't call me anything else!.... Cat-girls, sheesh."

-"*Watch your back, you devil-girl...*"

-"I, uh, asked 'Is that a sack of diving pearls?'"
