Vegas is in command of one of
the larger ships in the Jovian Fleet. He bases his leadership
on such millitary commanders of the past like Napoleon, Hitler
and Abysmalhallah. Even if you don't even give him an inch, he'll
take a parsec!
Vegas is a feared, but never admired man. He can get any results
from his troops that he desires, but almost always at the cost
of somebody's life as a show of force first.
MASTER doesn't like Vegas very much, but he does appreciate
some of the things that he and he alone is capable of doing. |

Fleet (besides those that belong to MASTER) help make
Cutey one of the most dangerous Hunter-Espionageer to ever take
the title! She can seduce anyone and anything and then steal
all the military secrets from their heads that she wants. She's
also a master of diguise and can appear as any person that she's
ever seen (even if it's just from a holograph or from the corner
of her eye!). |

Dildau

Personal: |
Every army needs a psychopathic,
schizophrenic, androgenous babbling idiot who just so happens
to be a genius in battle tactics yet a coward to the core. Dildau
is the Jovians'.
Dildau would punch his/her/its mother out for not oiling or chewing
on his/her/its socks for whatever reason. "Headcase"
doesn't even begin to describe him/her/it.
In the early episodes it's a big mystery as to why he/she/it
is sooooo farged up, but we learn his/her/its super-scary secret
later in the show (it's so big and weird that it eventually causes
the war to end!... or not.) |

Dr.
Marumisu

Personal: |
Fukuku's and Yurethra's father, Dr. Marumisu is one
of the smartest and most world renowned scientests to have ever
invented something! His genius is the cause of a lot of joy,
and soon enough, fear and sadness when he turns traitor and joins
the Jovians early on in the series. His treasonous actions
cause lots of self-doubt on board the Yamacsico where
most of the crew is either a close friend or family member. Dr.
Freshnesu (who seems to have shared an intimate relationship
with Marumisu), takes his leaving the ESDF very hard,
which seems to affect Marumisu more than he lets on.
His joining the Angels is at first thought of as only being a
trick, but when he introduces the Jovians to "Time Dilation"
technology all the hope on board the Yamacsico turns to dread. |
